Before the Court is Google’s Inc.’s unopposed motion for extension of time to file its
Surreply to Rockstar’s Motion to Strike Google’s Deficient Obviousness Disclosure Under
Patent Rule 3-3(b) (Dkt. No. 117), and to file its Response to Rockstar’s Motion to Compel
Discovery (Dkt. No. 126). It is hereby ORDERED that the unopposed motion for extension of
time is GRANTED. Google’s Surreply to Rockstar’s Motion to Strike Google’s Deficient
Obviousness Disclosure Under Patent Rule 3-3(b) shall now be due on Thursday, September 4,
2014. Google’s Response to Rockstar’s Motion to Compel Discovery shall now be due on
Friday, September 12, 2014.
