ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR HEARING
Before the Court is Plaintiffs Rockstar Consortium US LP and NetStar Technologies
LLC’s unopposed motion for hearing on its motion to strike Google’s invalidity contentions
(Dkt. 117).

The Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ motion and it is hereby ORDERED that the

hearing on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Strike Google’s Invalidity Contentions (Dkt. 117) will be
held on October 9, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
The parties are hereby ORDERED to meet and confer, in person, on the motion prior to the
October 9, 2014 hearing. The in-person meet and confer shall be conducted at a time and place of
mutual convenience to be agreed upon by the parties.
The parties shall use their best efforts to narrow the issues in dispute prior to the October 9,
2014 hearing and should expect to reserve the afternoon of Friday, October 10, 2014 for additional
hearings to resolve any outstanding disputes that remain on the Pending Motions.
