Before the Court is Google Inc.’s Unopposed Motion To Exceed Page Limit for Google’s
Opening Brief Regarding Outstanding Discovery Disputes. In its motion, Google seeks an
additional seven pages to the fifteen-page limit imposed by the local rules. Because Google has
failed to demonstrate good cause necessitating a nearly fifty-percent increase in the page limits
set forth by the local rules, the motion is DENIED.
