ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS for 52 Report and Recommendations, that Defendant's motion to dismiss 17 44 are DENIED as to Plaintiff's claims of retaliation against the Plano ISD and GRANTED in all other respects. Plainti ff's retaliation claims agsint the board of trustees, Tamira Griffin, Jun Melvin, Rebecca Rockwell and John and Jane Doe or dismissed. Plaintiff's claims of racial discrimination against all Defendants are dismissed and Plaintiff's first amendment claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against all Defendants are dismissed.
