MEDIATOR’S REPORT
In accordance with the Court’s Order, a mediation conference was held on October 4,
2011. The conference resulted in impasse. All parties and counsel were present. The mediator,
parties and counsel continued to negotiate after the conference but these additional negotiations
were not successful and a settlement was not reached.
