DEFENDANTS PAMELA F. JENKINS AND THE CUPCAKERY, LLC, A NEVADA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY'S CERTIFICATE OF INTERESTED PERSONS Pursuant to the Court's Order to Meet, Report and Appear at Scheduling Conference (Dkt. No. 28), Defendants Pamela F. Jenkins ("Jenkins") and The Cupcakery, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company ("Nevada Cupcakery") (collectively, the "Defendants") hereby submit to the Court a list of person and entities who are financially interested in the outcome of the above-captioned action: 1. Pamela F. Jenkins; 2. The Cupcakery, LLC, at Nevada Limited Liability Company; 3. Ricky B. Perritt; 4. The Cupcakery, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company; 5. Buster Baking, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company;

6. Woodlands Baking, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company; 7. Custom Version Corporation, a Texas corporation. These are the only parties known to Defendants at this time to be financially interested in the outcome of this litigation. The Nevada Cupcakery further states that it does not have a parent corporation and that no publicly held corporation owns 10% or more of its stock.
