Jenkins (“Jenkins”) and The Cupcakery, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company’s (“Nevada Cupcakery”) (collectively, Jenkins and The Nevada Cupcakery are the “Defendants”) Unopposed Motion to Seal Defendants’ Motion for Leave to File Amended Counterclaims (the “Motion”). Having considered the Motion, the Court hereby GRANTS the Motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants may file Defendants’ Motion for . Leave to File Amended Counterclaims under seal.
