ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO SEAL DEFENDANTS’
MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE AMENDED COUNTERCLAIMS
On this day, the Court considered Pamela F. Jenkins (“Jenkins”) and The
Cupcakery, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company’s (“Nevada Cupcakery”)
(collectively, Jenkins and The Nevada Cupcakery are the “Defendants”) Unopposed
Motion to Seal Defendants’ Motion for Leave to File Amended Counterclaims (the
“Motion”). Having considered the Motion, the Court hereby GRANTS the Motion.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants may file Defendants’ Motion for
.
Leave to File Amended Counterclaims under seal. Defendants are encouraged to refer to
this court's Local Rules, which require that the motion for leave must be accompanied by
the document sought to be filed, which should be filed separately, rather than attached as
an exhibit to the motion for leave.
