ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND DEADLINE
TO RESPOND TO DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO TRANSFER VENUE
Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion for an Extension of the Deadline to
Respond to Defendant’s Motion to Transfer Venue (Docket No. 24), seeking an extension of the
deadline to respond to Defendants Motion to Transfer Venue to and through May 23, 2011. The

request is unopposed and the Court is of the opinion said motion should be granted.
It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion to Extend Deadline to
Respond to Defendants’ Motion to Transfer Venue is GRANTED and Plaintiffs shall have
through May 23, 2011 to respond to Defendants’ Motion to Transfer Venue (Docket No. 24).
