OR PLEAD, OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO
DEFENDANTS’ AMENDED COUNTERCLAIMS
Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion to Extend Time to Answer, or Plead, or
Otherwise Respond to Defendants’ PAMELA F. JENKINS Individually and THE
CUPCAKERY LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company (collectively “Defendants”)
Amended Counterclaims (Docket No. 57), seeking an extension of the deadline to answer, plead,
or otherwise respond to Defendants’ Amended Counterclaims to and through June 17, 2011. The
request is unopposed and the Court is of the opinion said motion should be granted.

It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion to Extend Time to Answer,
or Plead, or Otherwise Respond to Defendants’ Amended Counterclaims is GRANTED and
Plaintiffs shall have through June 17, 2011 to answer, plead, or otherwise respond to Defendants’
Amended Counterclaims (Docket No. 57).
