SUPPLEMENTAL SURREPLY BRIEF IN OPPOSITION TO
DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO TRANSFER VENUE UNDER SEAL
Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion to file both (1) Plaintiffs’ Motion for
Leave to File Plaintiffs’ Supplemental Surreply Brief in Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to
Transfer Venue and (2) Plaintiffs’ Supplemental Surreply Brief in Opposition to Defendants’
Motion to Transfer Venue and all exhibits thereto under seal. After reviewing the Motion, the
Court finds that this Motion shall be and hereby is GRANTED.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiffs may file both (1) Plaintiffs’ Motion for
Leave to File Plaintiff’s Supplemental Surreply Brief in Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to
Transfer Venue and (2) Plaintiffs’ Supplemental Surreply Brief in Opposition to Defendants’
Motion to Transfer Venue and all exhibits thereto under seal.
