On this day, the Court considered Pamela F. Jenkins (“Jenkins”) and The
Cupcakery, LLC, a Nevada Limited Liability Company’s (“Nevada Cupcakery”)
(collectively, Jenkins and The Nevada Cupcakery are the “Defendants”) Unopposed
Motion to Seal Response to the Opposed Motion for Leave to File Plaintiffs’
Supplemental Surreply Brief in Opposition to Defendants’ Motion to Transfer Venue
(Dkt. #92). Having considered the Motion to Seal, the Court hereby GRANTS

the Motion to Seal.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Defendants may file their Response to the
Opposed Motion for Leave to File Plaintiffs’ Supplemental Surreply Brief in Opposition
to Defendants’ Motion to Transfer Venue under seal.
