On January 2, 2014, the report of the Magistrate Judge was entered containing proposed findings of fact and recommendations that the Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. #17] of Defendants Bank of America, N.A. and the Bank of New York Mellon be granted. Having received the report of the United States Magistrate Judge, and no objections thereto having been timely filed, this court is of the opinion that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and adopts the Magistrate Judge’s report as the findings and conclusions of the court. 1 It is, therefore, ORDERED that Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. #17] is GRANTED. Plaintiff shall take nothing as a result of her claims against Defendants, and this case is DISMISSED with prejudice.
