On January 16, 2014, the report of the Magistrate Judge was entered containing proposed findings of fact and recommendations that Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment [Doc. #8] be granted. Having received the report of the United States Magistrate Judge, and no objections thereto having been timely filed, this court is of the opinion that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and adopts the Magistrate Judge’s report as the findings and conclusions of the court. It is, therefore, ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment [Doc. #8] is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that judgment of forfeiture is entered in favor of the United States and that all right, title, and interest in the defendant property is vested in the United States. 1 The defendant property shall be disposed of according to law. 26 So ORDERED and SIGNED on March ___, 2014. 2
