MEMORANDUM ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE for 46 Report and Recommendation. Having received the report of the United States Magistrate Judge, and no objections thereto having been timely filed, this court is of the opinion that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and adopts the Magistrate Judge's recommendations as the findings and conclusions of the court. Therefore, Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. 21) is GRANTED, Plaintiffs shall take nothing by their claims, and Defendants shall be awarded their costs herein. On June 4, 2015, the report of the Magistrate Judge was entered containing proposed findings of fact and recommendations that Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. 21) be GRANTED, that Plaintiffs take nothing by their claims, and that Defendants be awarded their costs herein. Having received the report of the United States Magistrate Judge, and no objections thereto having been timely filed, this court is of the opinion that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and adopts the Magistrate Judge’s recommendations as the findings and conclusions of the court. Therefore, Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. 21) is 1 GRANTED, Plaintiffs shall take nothing by their claims, and Defendants shall be awarded their costs herein.
