IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF TEXAS SHERMAN DIVISION JERRY LESTER JACKSON, #16527-078 § VS. § UNITED STATES OF AMERICA § CIVIL ACTION NO. 4:15cv161 CRIM. NO. 4:09CR00136-002 ORDER OF DISMISSAL The above-entitled and numbered civil action was referred to United States Magistrate Judge Don D. Bush, who issued a Report and Recommendation concluding that the motion to vacate, set aside or correct a sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 should be denied. The Movant has filed objections.
