Judge Mazzant/Judge Craven
MEMORANDUM ORDER ADOPTING
REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

It is therefore ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. #19) is
SIGNED this 7th day of July, 2016.
