ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION OF UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE for 14 Report and Recommendation. On April 28, 2016, the report of the Magistrate Judge was entered containing proposed findings of fact and recommendations that Plai ntiff's claims should be dismissed without prejudice for want of prosecution. Having received the report of the United States Magistrate Judge, and no objections thereto having been timely filed, this court is of the opinion that the findi ngs and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and adopts the Magistrate Judge's recommendations as the findings and conclusions of the court. Therefore, this case is dismissed without prejudice for want of prosecution. The matter is closed on the court's docket, and all costs shall be borne by the party incurring same. Having received the report of the United States Magistrate Judge, and no objections thereto having been timely filed, this court is of the opinion that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and adopts the Magistrate Judge’s recommendations as the findings and conclusions of the court. Therefore, this case is dismissed without prejudice for want of prosecution. The matter is closed on the court’s docket, and all costs shall be borne by the party incurring same.
