The Report of the Magistrate Judge, which contains proposed findings of fact and recommendations for the disposition of such action, has been presented for consideration. No objections having been timely filed, the Court concludes the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct, and adopts . the same as the findings and conclusions of the Court. It is accordingly ORDERED Movant’s Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence by a Person in Federal Custody (Dkt. 1) pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is DISMISSED without prejudice.
