The complaint was referred to United States Magistrate Judge Caroline M . Craven, who issued a Second Report and Recommendation concluding that the Plaintiff's various m o tio n s for a temporary restraining order and/or preliminary injunction (docket entry numbers 17, 18, 21 and 29) should be denied. The Plaintiff has filed objections. The Report of the Magistrate Judge, which contains her proposed findings of fact and reco m m en d atio n s for the disposition of such action, has been presented for consideration, and having m ade a de novo review of the objections raised by the Plaintiff to the Report, the Court is of the . o p in io n that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and the objections of the P laintiff are without merit. It is accordingly O R D E R E D that the Plaintiff's motions for a temporary restraining order and/or preliminary injun ction (docket entry numbers 17, 18, 21 and 29) are DENIED.
