O R D E R DENYING DEFAULT JUDGMENT T h e above-entitled and numbered civil action was heretofore referred to United States M agistrate Judge Caroline M. Craven, who issued a Report and Recommendation concluding that the P lain tiff's motions for a default judgment should be denied. The Plaintiff has filed objections. T h e Report of the Magistrate Judge, which contains her proposed findings of fact and reco m m en d atio n s for the disposition of such action, has been presented for consideration, and having m ad e a de novo review of the objections raised by the Plaintiff to the Report, the Court is of the o p in io n that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and the objections of the P lain tiff are without merit. Therefore the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are adopted as the findings and conclusions of the Court. It is accordingly

O R D E R E D that the Plaintiff's motions for a default judgment (docket entry numbers 10 and
1 3 ) are DENIED. It is further O R D E R E D that the Plaintiff's objections (docket entry #23) to the order to obtain a response fro m the Texas Attorney General regarding the first motion for default judgment are OVERRULED.
