§ § § O R D E R OF DISMISSAL C IV IL ACTION NO. 5:09cv181
P lain tiff Robert Arredondo, Jr., an inmate confined in the Texas prison system, filed the abovestyled and numbered civil lawsuit. The Report of the Magistrate Judge, which contains her proposed findings of fact and reco m m en d atio n s for the disposition of such action, has been presented for consideration, and having m ad e a de novo review of the objections raised by the Plaintiff to the Report, the Court is of the o p in io n that the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct and the objections of the P lain tiff are without merit. Therefore the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are adopted
