OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE
disposition of this action. Docket No. 14.
The Report and Recommendation, issued on August 5, 2016, recommends that the
Commissioner’s decision be reversed and remanded because the record does not show that
substantial evidence supports the Commissioner’s conclusion that Plaintiff is not disabled. Id. at
21. No objections to the Report and Recommendation were filed. The Court is of the opinion that
the findings and conclusions of the Magistrate Judge are correct. Therefore, the Court hereby
adopts the Report and Reccomendation of the United States Magistrate Judge as the findings and
conclusions of this Court.
Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff’s above-entitled Social Security action
