Counsel for Rapidpay has conferred with counsel for Plaintiff, and Plaintiff has agreed to extend the time for Rapidpay to file its Sur-Reply to Plaintiff, Advanceme, Inc.'s Response to Motion to Dismiss and In the Alternative, Motion to Transfer. This request for an extension is not sought for purposes of delay, but that justice might be done. Accordingly, Rapidpay requests that the Court extend the date on which Rapidpay's surreply will be due to December 28, 2005.
