NO. 421) On this day came on for consideration Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to Supplement the Record in Plaintiffs' Emergency Motion to Clarify the Agreed Protective Order in Light of the Court's Recent Relevant Ruling (Dkt. No. 421). The Court finds that the Motion should be granted. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Mirror Worlds, LLC v. Apple, Inc., No. 6:08CV-88, 2009 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 70092 (E.D. Tex.
