("Apple") hereby move to extend the parties' deadline to comply with Patent Local Rule 4-3 until Friday, October 30, 2009. Good cause exists for the requested relief. The parties' present deadline to comply with Patent Local Rule 4-3 is Friday, October 23, 2009. The parties have scheduled a mediation starting Wednesday, October 21, 2009.
