ORDER GRANTING APPLE INC.'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR WITHDRAWAL AND SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL On this date, the Court considered Defendant Apple Inc.'s ("Apple") Unopposed Motion for Withdrawal and Substitution of Counsel. Having considered the Motion, the Court is of the opinion that it should be GRANTED. It is ORDERED that Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and its attorneys are no longer counsel of record for Apple. It is further ORDERED that Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP and its attorneys are substituted as counsel of record, including Jeffrey G. Randall, as Lead Counsel, and Allan M. Soobert. The withdrawal/substitution is being made to accommodate scheduling conflicts between the above-captioned matter and another Apple matter being handled by the same Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP attorneys.
