("Apple") (collectively, "the parties") To Amend the Amended Docket Control Order, entered on June 29, 2010 (Docket No. 219) and amended on August 4, 2010 (Docket No. 290). Having reviewed this Motion, the Court finds it is well taken and should be GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the new deadlines to the Amended Docket Control Order are outlined as follows: Dockets.Justia.com CURRENT DEADLINE August 13, 2010 NEW DEADLINE August 14, 2010 DOCKET CONTROL ORDER ITEM Rebuttal Designations and Objections to Deposition Testimony due. Cross examination line and page numbers to be included. In video depositions, each party is responsible for preparation of the final edited video in accordance with their parties' designations and the Court's rulings on objections.
