ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE FIRST AMENDED ANSWER, AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSES, AND COUNTERCLAIMS Before the Court is Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Defendant's Motion for Leave to File First Amended Answer, Affirmative Defenses, and Counterclaims (Dkt. # 56). Having considered the matter, and that it is agreed, the Court GRANTS the motion and extends Plaintiff's time to respond to Defendant's motion until January 16, 2009.
