Apple did not request a hearing at that time. On January 28, 2009, the briefing on Apple's Motion was complete [D.I. 67]. At this time, Apple would like to request a hearing on its Motion. Mirror Worlds LLC does not believe a hearing is necessary, but if the Court wishes to conduct a hearing, Mirror Worlds has no objection.
