ORDER GRANTING BEDROCK'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSE TO RED HAT, INC.'S MOTION TO INTERVENE This matter comes before the Court upon Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to Red Hat's Motion to Intervene. Having considered the Motion, the Court finds that it is well taken and should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the deadline for Plaintiff to file its Response to Red Hat, Inc.'s Motion to Intervene is extended up to and including to June 25, 2010.
