ORDER Before the Court is Bedrock's Motion to Clarify the Agreed Protective Order (Docket No. 209). Having considered the parties' positions, the Court ORDERS that Bedrock be allowed three copies of the printed source code and be allowed to disclose the source code to three experts. The Court will allow Google to decide if it would rather Bedrock have two photocopies of the Batesnumbered copy of printed source code or two additional printouts of the source code with new Batesnumbered pages. Google shall notify Bedrock of its decision by August 5, 2010 at 5 p.m.
