ORDER GRANTING BEDROCK'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSE TO DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO COMPEL This matter comes before the Court upon Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time to File Response to Defendants' Motion to Compel Testimony and Documents from Mikhail Lotvin and Bedrock, and Request for In Camera Review of Documents on Bedrock's Privilege Log. Having considered the Motion, the Court finds that it is well taken and should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that the deadline for Plaintiff to file its Response to Defendants' Motion to Compel Testimony and Documents from Mikhail Lotvin and Bedrock, and Request for In Camera Review of Documents on Bedrock's Privilege Log is extended up to and including September 3, 2010. So ORDERED and SIGNED this 18th day of August, 2010.
