Inc., Google Inc., Match.com, LLC, Softlayer Technologies, Inc., MySpace, Inc., AOL Inc., and Amazon.com, Inc.'s (collectively, "Defendants") Unopposed Motion for Summary Judgment of Indefiniteness as to Claims 1, 2, 5, and 6 of U.S. . Patent No. 5,893,120. After consideration of said motion for extension, the motion is GRANTED. Defendants shall have up to and including October 1, 2010 to file their Reply.
