Before the Court is Defendants' Motion for Leave to Exceed Ten Motions in Limine (Doc. No. 589). Plaintiff Bedrock Computer Technologies, LLC has responded (Doc. No. 606). In addition to withdrawing Motions in Limine Numbers Two and Nine and combining Motions in Limine Numbers 11 and 15 (Doc. No. 639), the parties have also agreed to certain Motions in Limine. (Doc. Nos. 637 .& 639). The Court is of the understanding that Defendants have now reduced their Motions in Limine to eleven. Accordingly, Defendants are GRANTED leave to file eleven (11) Motions in Limine to be heard at the Pre-Trial Conference on March 24, 2011.
