Before the Court is Bedrock's Motion for Leave to Serve Late Response to Yahoo!'s Request for Admissions (Doc. No. 583). Yahoo! has responded (Doc. No. 629). Upon consideration of the parties' arguments, Bedrock's Motion is GRANTED. Bedrock is hereby permitted to serve late responses to Yahoo!'s Request for Admissions and to withdraw any deemed admissions. . However, this Order is without prejudice to Yahoo! to pursue, by other means, any theories of inconsistent, undisclosed, or new theories of infringement.
