Defendants SoftLayer Technologies, Inc., Google Inc., Yahoo! Inc., MySpace, Inc., Amazon.com Inc., Match.com, Inc. and AOL Inc. (collectively the "Defendants"), filed their Unopposed Motion to Withdraw Defendants' Amended Motions in Limine Numbers Two and Nine, as the substance of the motions has already been brought before this Court through summary judgment and Daubert motions, which will ruled upon by this Court. The Court,
. having reviewed the Unopposed Motion, and being well-advised, finds that the motion should be GRANTED. It is therefore ORDERED that Defendants' Amended Motions in Limine Numbers Two and Nine are hereby withdrawn. So ORDERED and SIGNED this 23rd day of March, 2011. SO ORDERED.
