The Court rules on Plaintiff's Motion F and Defendants' Motion 5 as follows. I. Bedrock's Motion in Limine F. Any evidence, testimony, or reference to any experts' previous and/or current retention by counsel for Bedrock Denied

Defendants' Motion in Limine 5. . Preclude Plaintiff from offering testimony, evidence or argument regarding lay witness statements regarding validity or infringement Grant without prejudice to approaching the bench
