In light of Defendants' Motion for Reconsideration and Objections (Doc. No. 627) to the Magistrate Judge's Report (Doc. No. 542) recommending denial of Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Standing (Doc. No. 452), as well as Defendants' request for an evidentiary hearing, the Court will carry the motion and objections to consider along with evidence to be presented at trial.
