At the hearing the Court also heard argument on Google's Opposed Motion for Leave to File One Additional Motion in Limine After the Deadline (Doc. No. 697). The Court GRANTED the motion from the bench and GRANTED the motion in limine, precluding any evidence, testimony, . or references to alleged unethical or controversial actions by Google that may implicate or may have implicated personal privacy.
