Before the Court is Bedrock’s Motion to Preclude Reliance on Documents and Facts Related
to Performance Testing Produced by Yahoo After Close of Discovery (Doc. No. 756) and
Defendants’ Motion for Leave to Supplement the Expert Report of Stephen Gray (Doc. No. 757).
The Court heard argument on April 26, 2011. Upon consideration of the parties’ arguments,
Bedrock’s Motion to Preclude is GRANTED.
In addition, Yahoo’s Motion for Leave is
