ORDER
Before the Court are two Unopposed Motions for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply
(Doc. Nos. 865 & 866). Both motions concern replies to post-trial briefing and request an extension
to file a reply through and including July 15, 2011. If the parties intend to submit surreplies, the
proposed extended briefing schedule does not allow the Court sufficient time to prepare for the
hearing scheduled on July 26, 2011. Consequently, the motions are DENIED without prejudice to
refiling if the parties can agree on a schedule where all replies and surreplies are filed no later than
July 18, 2011.
So ORDERED and SIGNED this 7th day of July, 2011.
