("PayPal"), filed September 9, 2009, as follows. All allegations not expressly admitted are denied. The first set of paragraphs marked 1-22 of PayPal's Answer do not require a response. Bedrock incorporates by reference the allegations in its Complaint for Patent Infringement in response to each and every of PayPal's Affirmative Defenses. AFFIRMATIVE DEFENSES 23.
