PLAINTIFF'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT OF INVALIDITY OF UNITED STATES PATENT NOS. 7,499,898 AND 7,593,910

Plaintiff Aloft Media, LLC ("Aloft") respectfully moves for an extension of time to respond to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment of Invalidity of United States Patent Nos. 7,499,898 and 7,593,910 (Dkt. No. 149) ("Defendants' Motion"). In support of its motion, Aloft would show the Court the following: Defendants' Motion was filed after 5:00 p.m. on October 29, 2010. Thus, Aloft's

deadline to respond to Defendants' Motion is currently November 18, 2010. Aloft has conferred with the moving defendants, who do not oppose extending Aloft's deadline to respond to Defendants' Motion by three weeks. WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Aloft respectfully requests that the Court extend Aloft's deadline to respond to Defendants' Motion to December 9, 2010, and for all other relief to which Aloft is justly entitled.
