PLAINTIFF'S NOTICE OF VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE Aloft Media, LLC, plaintiff in the above-entitled and numbered civil action, files this notice of voluntary dismissal, with prejudice, of its causes of action against Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. ("Schwab"), Fidelity Brokerage Services, LLC ("Fidelity"), TD Ameritrade, Inc. ("Ameritrade") and E-Trade Securities, LLC ("E-Trade"). To date, none of these defendants have answered nor filed a motion for summary judgment. This dismissal does not affect any other named defendant in the above-entitled and numbered civil action. Plaintiff, Schwab, Fidelity, Ameritrade and E-Trade will each bear their own costs, expenses and legal fees
