Defendant Yahoo!, Inc. (“Yahoo!”) files this Unopposed Motion to Withdraw
Yahoo!, Inc.’s Daubert Motion to Exclude Portions of Expert Testimony of Roy
Weinstein [Dkt. No. 907]. The Court, having reviewed the motion, and being welladvised, finds that the motion should be GRANTED.
It is therefore ORDERED that Defendant Yahoo!, Inc.’s Daubert Motion to
Exclude Portions of Expert Testimony of Roy Weinstein is withdrawn.
