It has come to the Court’s attention that, per the amended Docket Control Order (Docket No.
979), a hearing regarding summary judgment and Daubert motions is scheduled for November 17,
2011. The Court will hear argument on all pending motions at the Pretrial Conference scheduled
for January 19, 2012. Accordingly, the ORDERS that the November 17, 2011 hearing is cancelled,
and arguments on all pending motions will be heard at the January 19, 2012 Pretrial Conference.
