PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY
FROM STAPLES, INC.
The Court, having considered Plaintiffs’ Unopposed Motion for Expedited Briefing on
Plaintiffs’ Motion to Compel Discovery from Staples, Inc., which motion to expedite is not
opposed by Defendant Staples, Inc., and finding good cause supporting it, finds the Motion
should be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Staples, Inc. file any brief in opposition to
Plaintiffs’ motion no later than November 15, 2011, that Plaintiffs file any reply brief no later
than November 18, 2011, and that Staples file any sur-reply brief no later than November 22,
2011.
