LOS ALAMOS NATIONAL LABORATORY
The Court, having considered Defendants’ Unopposed Motion For Expedited
Briefing on Defendants’ Motion For Leave to Serve Discovery on Apple, Inc., Patrick
Heynen and Los Alamos National Laboratory, and finding good cause supporting it, finds
that the motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiffs file any brief in opposition to
Defendants’ motion no later than December 5, 2011, that Defendants file any reply brief no
later than December 9, 2011, and that Plaintiffs file any sur-reply brief no later than
December 14, 2011.
