Pursuant to the Court’s Docket Control Orders dated September 15, 2011 and December
19, 2011 [Dkt. Nos. 979 and 1140], Plaintiffs Eolas Technologies, Inc. and The Regents of the
University of California (“Plaintiffs”) provide notice to the Court that Plaintiffs served their
Initial Deposition Designations and Trial Exhibit List on all Defendants on January 5, 2012.
Plaintiffs also provide notice to the Court that they have complied with the Court’s standing
order limiting the number of hours of deposition testimony to be played at trial to no more than
10 (ten) hours per side.
