FOR LEAVE TO FILE A STAND-ALONE MOTION IN LIMINE
The Court having considered Defendant CDW LLC’s Unopposed Motion for Leave to
File a Stand-Alone Motion in Limine hereby GRANTS the Motion and orders as follows:
CDW is granted leave to file a stand-alone motion in limine seeking to exclude plaintiffs’
suggestion, argument or evidence that CDW could completely remove or disable accused
features at minimal cost.
